The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW47-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® (formerly) compatible 16GBase-DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance Fibre Channel networking across long-distance links. Operating on a 1539.77nm wavelength (ITU Channel DW47) over single-mode fiber (SMF), it supports distances up to 40km and delivers data rates up to 14.025Gbps. This hot-pluggable transceiver features a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver for superior signal integrity, along with Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance diagnostics. With full SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 compliance, robust ESD protection, and RoHS 2.0 adherence, it’s engineered for reliability and compatibility in enterprise, metro, and access networks. Each unit is uniquely serialized, application-tested, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty to ensure seamless integration and dependable performance.
