The AddOn Brocade® XBR-8GFC-40KM-4932 compatible SFP+ transceiver delivers reliable 8G Fibre Channel DWDM connectivity with a reach of up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating at a wavelength of 1549.32nm on the 100GHz ITU grid, it supports high-performance data transmission for enterprise, metro, and access networks.
Built to meet SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, the transceiver features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, a PIN receiver, and a duplex LC connector for seamless deployment. It includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, ensuring performance and reliability in demanding environments.
