The AddOn Ciena® Compatible QSFP-OTU4-AOC2M-CN-AO is a 100GBase-OTU4 QSFP28 to QSFP28 Active Optical Cable designed for high-performance data transmission over short distances. Operating over multimode fiber (MMF) with a reach of up to 2 meters, this AOC delivers up to 4x28 Gbps bidirectional throughput and ensures excellent signal integrity for demanding data center, high-performance computing, and enterprise networking environments. Compliant with SFF-8636 and 100GE/OTU4 standards, this low-power cable (<2.5W) features reliable VCSEL and PIN photonic devices, automatic power-down safety, and I2C-based management. Each unit is uniquely serialized, fully tested for traffic and application performance, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty. Additionally, the cable is TAA-compliant and built to meet MSA standards, making it an ideal choice for government and enterprise applications.
