Description
This Ciena® NTK587GL compatible XFP transceiver delivers 10GBase-DWDM performance up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a 1551.72nm wavelength via an LC duplex connector. Designed for high-capacity transport in access, metro, and enterprise networks, it supports 8G/10G Fibre Channel and 10G Ethernet over DWDM. The transceiver is hot-swappable and features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and PIN receiver for stable operation across 0°C to 70°C. It includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance monitoring and is fully compliant with INF-8077i standards. Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this TAA-compliant module is tested for interoperability and reliability, ensuring seamless integration into existing Ciena® infrastructures.
