The AddOn Ciena® NTK587GN compatible XFP transceiver delivers reliable 10GBase-DWDM performance up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a 1552.52nm wavelength on a 100GHz channel grid. Designed for high-performance metro, access, and enterprise network applications, it features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, PIN receiver, and duplex LC interface for stable, high-quality optical transmission. This hot-pluggable, TAA-compliant module supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and meets or exceeds OEM specifications. Each transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for seamless interoperability, ensuring reliable operation in demanding 8G/10G Fibre Channel and 10G Ethernet over DWDM environments.
