The AddOn Ciena® NTK587HC compatible TAA 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver delivers reliable, high-performance optical networking for demanding metro, access, and enterprise applications. Supporting data rates from 9.95 to 11.3 Gbps, this hot-pluggable module enables seamless 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel transport over single-mode fiber (SMF) distances up to 40 km using a center wavelength of 1558.17 nm on a 100 GHz ITU channel grid.
Engineered with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and PIN receiver, this transceiver ensures consistent signal integrity across a commercial operating range of 0 °C to 70 °C. It features digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance visibility, robust ESD protection, and compliance with key standards including INF-8077i, FCC Part 15, and RoHS 2.0. Fully TAA-compliant and guaranteed 100 % compatible with Ciena® hardware, the NTK587HC-AO is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty.
