Description
The AddOn Ciena® NTK588AC Compatible TAA 10GBase-DWDM XFP Transceiver is a high-performance, hot-swappable optical module designed for long-haul data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 80km. Operating at a wavelength of 1529.55nm on the 100GHz ITU-T channel grid, it delivers up to 10Gbps throughput for demanding applications such as 8G/10G Fibre Channel and 10G Ethernet over DWDM networks. Equipped with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, APD receiver, and Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), this transceiver ensures reliable operation, real-time monitoring, and seamless compatibility with Ciena® networking equipment. Built to meet INF-8077i and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) standards, it offers excellent ESD protection, low EMI, and robust performance in commercial temperature environments.
