Description

The AddOn Ciena® XCVR-S80W37-100-I Compatible 10GBase-DWDM SFP+ Transceiver is a high-performance optical module designed for reliable long-reach data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 100 km. Operating at a 1547.72 nm wavelength on the C-Band 100 GHz grid, this transceiver delivers seamless 10 Gbps connectivity for DWDM networks, supporting applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 8G/10G Fibre Channel, and metro or enterprise transport.

Engineered to meet SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, the module features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time parameter tracking and is built for industrial environments (-40 °C to 85 °C). It’s fully hot-pluggable, RoHS-compliant, and TAA-compliant, ensuring compatibility with government and enterprise deployments. Each unit is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested for data traffic and application performance, and guaranteed 100% compatible with the equivalent Ciena® OEM part.
