Description
The AddOn Ciena® XCVR-S80W46-100-I-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 10GBase-DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable and efficient optical connectivity for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) networks. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a center wavelength of 1540.56nm (ITU-T Channel 46), it supports data rates up to 10.3125Gbps and extends transmission distances up to 100km.
Engineered for demanding environments, this hot-pluggable SFP+ module operates across an extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) and features a duplex LC connector, digital optical monitoring (DOM), and robust ESD and EMI protection. Fully compatible with Ciena® platforms, it is ideal for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 8G/10G Fibre Channel, and metro, access, or enterprise DWDM applications. Each unit is programmed, serialized, and rigorously tested to ensure seamless interoperability and OEM-equivalent performance.
