The AddOn Ciena® XCVR-S80W50-100-I Compatible TAA 10GBase-DWDM SFP+ Transceiver is a high-performance optical module designed for long-reach 10 Gbps DWDM applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on a 1537.40 nm C-Band wavelength (ITU Channel 50) with 100 GHz channel spacing, it supports transmission distances of up to 100 km.
This hot-pluggable transceiver complies with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, provides digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and ensures seamless interoperability with Ciena® systems. With a robust industrial-temperature range (-40 °C to 85 °C), excellent ESD protection, and low-EMI metal housing, it delivers reliable performance in demanding access, metro, and enterprise network environments.
