Description
The AddOn Ciena® XCVR-S80W54-100-I-AO is a TAA-compliant 10GBase-DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance long-haul optical networks. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF), it supports data rates up to 10.3125 Gb/s and delivers reliable transmission distances up to 100 km on a center wavelength of 1534.25 nm (ITU-T Channel 54, C-Band 100GHz spacing).
Engineered for demanding environments, this hot-pluggable transceiver supports an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it ideal for carrier, metro, access, and enterprise applications. It features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, duplex LC connectors, and robust ESD/EMI protection. Each unit is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested for data traffic and application compatibility, and guaranteed to perform identically to the original Ciena® equivalent.
