Description
The AddOn Ciena® XCVR-S80W56-100-I Compatible 10GBase-DWDM SFP+ Transceiver is a high-performance optical module designed for long-distance data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 100 km. Operating at a center wavelength of 1532.68 nm with a 100 GHz channel spacing, this transceiver ensures reliable connectivity for 8G/10G Fibre Channel and 10 Gigabit Ethernet over DWDM networks. It features a duplex LC connector, supports digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and is hot-pluggable for seamless deployment. Engineered to meet SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, it offers excellent ESD protection, low EMI, and industrial-grade temperature performance from -40 °C to 85 °C. This module is TAA compliant and rigorously tested to guarantee full interoperability with Ciena® equipment.
