Description
The AddOn Ciena® NTK588BCE5 Compatible XFP Transceiver delivers reliable 10GBase-DWDM throughput up to 80 km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1538.98nm via a duplex LC connector. Designed to ensure full compatibility with the original Ciena® part, this module is hot-swappable, easy to install, and supports digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance insights.
Built with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and APD receiver, it provides stable performance across 0°C to 70°C operating conditions. With excellent ESD protection, lower EMI construction, and compliance to INF-8077i standards, it is ideal for metro, enterprise, and access networks requiring high-speed, long-distance connectivity.
The transceiver is TAA compliant, RoHS compliant, and lead-free, offering a dependable and cost-effective alternative backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty.
