The AddOn Ciena® NTK588BQE5-AO is a 100% compatible 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver designed for high-performance optical networking. Supporting data rates up to 11.3 Gbps, this module delivers reliable throughput over distances of up to 80km on single-mode fiber (SMF) at a wavelength of 1543.73nm.
Built with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and APD receiver, it ensures consistent performance across demanding environments. The hot-swappable design simplifies installation and replacement, while digital optical monitoring (DOM) provides real-time access to operating parameters for proactive network management.
This transceiver is fully compliant with INF-8077i standards, RoHS lead-free, and TAA compliant—ideal for use in access, metro, and enterprise networks requiring robust 10G DWDM connectivity.
