The AddOn Ciena® NTK588BSE5-AO is a 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver designed for high-performance long-haul and metro networking applications. Operating at a 1544.53nm wavelength, it delivers reliable data transmission up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using an LC duplex connector.
This hot-swappable, easy-to-install module ensures seamless integration with Ciena® equipment and is fully compliant with INF-8077i standards. It features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, APD receiver, and advanced digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics.
Built with robust ESD and EMI protection, the NTK588BSE5-AO is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and TAA-compliant, making it ideal for government, enterprise, and carrier-grade deployments. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing and comes with a limited lifetime warranty for guaranteed performance.
