The AddOn Ciena® NTK588DSE5 compatible XFP transceiver delivers reliable 10GBase-DWDM connectivity up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1563.86nm. Featuring a duplex LC connector, digital optical monitoring (DOM), and hot-swappable design, this transceiver ensures seamless integration and dependable performance in dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM) networks.
It is fully compliant with INF-8077i standards and supports a wide range of applications including 8x/10x Fibre Channel, 10 Gigabit Ethernet over DWDM, and access, metro, and enterprise networks. Built with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, APD receiver, and excellent ESD protection, it provides outstanding stability and signal integrity.
