Where available, Cisco delivers Advance Parts Replacement through a service depot, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resolution. The RMA-Only option includes full unit replacement and may include optional onsite resources, while all technical troubleshooting and case handling remain covered under the required TAC-entitled subscription.
This service does not include additional service delivery elements beyond hardware replacement. It is available only when an existing qualifying subscription is already in place, making it an ideal enhancement for organizations seeking improved hardware availability and operational reliability.
