This service enables advance parts replacement for eligible Cisco hardware, helping minimize disruption and ensuring faster recovery in the event of equipment failure. The RMA Only option delivers full unit replacement with the possibility of onsite resources where available.
Designed as a supplemental service, this offering does not replace the required TAC-entitled subscription support but enhances your ability to maintain business continuity with reliable depot-based replacement coverage. With a 4-hour advance replacement response time, you gain added confidence, peace of mind, and improved operational efficiency.
