The Cisco Catalyst C9350-NM-8Y Network Module is a high-performance uplink expansion module designed for Cisco Catalyst 9350 Series switches. It provides flexible, high-speed fiber connectivity to support evolving enterprise campus and access-layer network requirements.
This modular uplink supports eight SFP28 ports operating at 25G, 10G, or 1G, or can be configured as four 50G SFP56 ports for higher-bandwidth aggregation and core uplinks. The default operating mode delivers maximum flexibility with 8 x 1/10/25G connections, while 50G mode enables higher throughput for bandwidth-intensive applications.
Ideal for scalable enterprise networks, the C9350-NM-8Y enables seamless upgrades from 1G to 50G without replacing the switch chassis. This spare network module is engineered for reliability, performance, and long-term network growth in modern campus environments.
