Description
The AddOn Cisco® SFP-16GB-DW61-40-C Compatible 16GBase-DWDM FC SFP+ Transceiver is a high-performance, hot-pluggable optical module designed to deliver reliable Fibre Channel connectivity up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating at a wavelength of 1528.77 nm (ITU Channel DW61), this transceiver supports data rates up to 14.025 Gbps, making it ideal for 8G/10G Fibre Channel, 16G FC, and DWDM applications across access, metro, and enterprise networks.
Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it ensures excellent optical performance and stability. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) is integrated for real-time diagnostics of optical power, temperature, and voltage. Fully compliant with SFF-8432, SFF-8472, and RoHS 2.0, and TAA-compliant, this transceiver is rigorously tested for interoperability and is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with Cisco® OEM hardware.
