Description

The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW41-40-C-AO is a Cisco® compatible TAA-compliant 16GBase-DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable high-speed data transmission across long-distance single-mode fiber (SMF) networks. Operating on the DWDM ITU Channel DW41 (1544.53nm) with 100GHz channel spacing, this module supports Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet applications at data rates up to 16 Gbps and reaches distances up to 40 km.

Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, the transceiver ensures superior optical performance and stability. It features a duplex LC connector, hot-swappable design, and full Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support for real-time performance insights. Fully compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, this module is rigorously tested for seamless interoperability and 100% compatibility with Cisco® hardware.

Whether deployed in enterprise, metro, or access networks, AddOn’s transceivers provide a cost-effective and dependable optical networking solution, backed by a limited lifetime warranty and industry-leading quality assurance.
