The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW37-40-C-AO is a high-performance Cisco® compatible SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) for distances up to 40 km. Operating on the DWDM ITU Channel 37 at a center wavelength of 1547.72nm, this module ensures efficient, high-capacity data transmission for metro, enterprise, and data center networks.
Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it adheres to SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards and provides robust Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics of optical performance. The module is hot-swappable, RoHS compliant, and TAA-compliant, ensuring easy deployment and full government procurement eligibility.
