Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW31-40-C-AO is a Cisco® compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance data transmission in enterprise, metro, and access network environments. Operating on ITU-T Channel DW31 at a 1552.52 nm wavelength, this module delivers reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF).
Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it ensures low error rates and stable optical performance even under demanding conditions. This hot-swappable transceiver features a duplex LC connector, supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and is compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards.
Each unit is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for full interoperability and seamless integration with Cisco® equipment. Additionally, it is TAA compliant, RoHS lead-free, and backed by AddOn’s industry-leading quality assurance and limited lifetime warranty.
