The AddOn Cisco® CWDM-SFP25G-1290-40-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 25GBase-CWDM SFP28 transceiver designed for reliable data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 40 km. Operating at a wavelength of 1290 nm, this hot-swappable module uses an LC connector and supports data rates up to 25.78 Gbps. It features a CWDM DFB laser and APD receiver, dual CDR with bypass function, and digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance insights. Engineered to meet SFF-8472 and SFF-8402 standards, it delivers consistent performance for access, metro, and enterprise networks as well as mobile fronthaul CPRI/OBSAI deployments. Fully programmed and application-tested, it ensures seamless interoperability with Cisco® systems and comes backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty.
