Description
The AddOn Cisco® SFP-25G-LR-CW-49-AO is a 25GBase-CWDM SFP28 transceiver designed to deliver high-speed data transmission up to 25.78Gbps over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a wavelength of 1490nm. Engineered for superior compatibility, it is guaranteed to operate seamlessly with the equivalent Cisco® module, supporting a maximum reach of 10km via a duplex LC connector. This hot-swappable transceiver features a CWDM-rated EML transmitter and APD receiver, built-in dual CDR with bypass function, and digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics.
Compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and SFF-8472 standards, the module also meets stringent safety and environmental regulations including Class 1 Laser Safety, RoHS 2.0, and TAA requirements. Ideal for 25G Ethernet, access networks, metro and enterprise deployments, as well as mobile fronthaul CPRI/OBSAI applications, this transceiver ensures robust performance, reliability, and long-term network scalability.
