Description
The AddOn CWDM-SFP10G-1550-80-AO is a Cisco® compatible SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver 10GBase-CWDM throughput up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1550nm wavelength via an LC connector. It is fully compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 MSA standards, ensuring seamless integration into existing network infrastructures.
This hot-swappable, easy-to-install module supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and performance monitoring. Built with RoHS-compliant, lead-free components, it provides excellent ESD protection, reliable operation in commercial temperature ranges (0°C to 70°C), and lower EMI with its metal housing.
Applications include 10G Ethernet over CWDM, 8G/10G Fibre Channel, metro and enterprise networks, and mobile fronthaul (CPRI/OBSAI). Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance, this transceiver offers enterprise-class reliability and long-distance performance at an optimized cost.
