The AddOn Cisco® DWDM-SFP-5979 compatible transceiver delivers reliable 1000Base-DWDM performance with a reach of up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating at a wavelength of 1559.79nm and equipped with an LC duplex connector, this hot-swappable SFP module ensures seamless deployment in access, metro, and enterprise networks.
It is fully compliant with INF-8074 and SFF-8472 standards and includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance monitoring. Each unit is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for compatibility and performance, guaranteeing identical operation to Cisco® originals. RoHS compliant and TAA certified, this module is backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty, providing both quality and assurance.
