The AddOn Cisco® QSFP-100G-ER4-S-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 100GBase-ER4 QSFP28 transceiver designed for reliable, long-distance data transmission in enterprise, access, and carrier networks. Engineered to be 100% compatible with the Cisco® QSFP-100G-ER4-S, this transceiver delivers 100Gbps throughput over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances up to 40km, using four wavelengths between 1295nm and 1309nm via a duplex LC connector.
Hot-swappable and easy to integrate, it includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and SFF-8665 compliance for seamless deployment in QSFP28 ports. Each unit undergoes comprehensive programming, serialization, and traffic testing to guarantee flawless interoperability and identical performance to the OEM version. With robust ESD protection, low EMI metal housing, and a limited lifetime warranty, this transceiver is the ideal solution for high-capacity 100G Ethernet links where performance, reliability, and compliance matter most.
