Description
The AddOn Cisco® SFP-10G-BX-U-80-I Compatible TAA 10GBase-BX SFP+ Transceiver delivers high-speed, long-range data transmission for demanding network environments. Designed for 10GBase-BX Ethernet, 8x/10x Fibre Channel, and access, metro, or enterprise applications, this hot-swappable transceiver provides 10 Gbps performance over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances of up to 80 km.
It operates with a 1490nm transmit and 1550nm receive wavelength through a simplex LC connector, ensuring reliable bidirectional communication. Built for industrial environments, it supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C and includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics.
Each unit is programmed, serialized, and tested for seamless interoperability, guaranteeing 100% compatibility with the original Cisco® equivalent. Compliant with SFF-8432, SFF-8472, and major industry standards, it also meets TAA requirements, ensuring suitability for government and enterprise networks.
