Description

The BSS BLU-102 Conferencing Processor is a powerful, fixed-configuration DSP designed for professional conferencing environments requiring advanced acoustic echo cancellation, telephone hybrid integration, and flexible system design.

Featuring 10 analog mic/line inputs and 8 analog outputs, the BLU-102 includes a built-in analog telephone interface via RJ-11 for direct connection to standard POTS (PSTN or analog PBX) networks. Its open architecture design allows full configuration using HiQnet™ London Architect, providing intuitive drag-and-drop system setup with a comprehensive library of processing and logic objects.

The BLU-102 delivers dedicated AEC processing with up to eight independent AEC algorithms, each supporting individual reference signals. Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and Noise Cancellation (NC) are integrated per AEC channel to maintain optimal microphone levels and eliminate steady-state background noise such as HVAC or projector fan sounds.

A high-bandwidth, fault-tolerant 48-channel digital audio bus enables seamless device networking over standard Category 5e cabling up to 100 meters, with fiber media converters extending distances beyond 40km. Fully compatible with the Soundweb London family, the BLU-102 integrates effortlessly into larger 256-channel system architectures.

With configurable input gain up to +48dB in 6dB steps, selectable phantom power per channel, front-panel LED monitoring, GPIO integration, and advanced control capabilities, the BLU-102 provides a complete foundation for scalable conferencing and installed sound systems.

Our Process

From Scope to Sign-Off

A structured delivery process designed to reduce risk and keep projects moving.

01

Plan

Discovery, site review, requirements gathering, and project alignment. We define scope, constraints, and success criteria before any design work begins.

  • Discovery calls & stakeholder interviews
  • On-site survey & infrastructure review
  • Requirements & use-case documentation
  • Project scope, timeline & milestone alignment
02

Engineer

System design, schematics, signal flow, BOM development, and documentation. Every project leaves this phase with a complete engineering package.

  • AV system design & signal flow diagrams
  • Equipment selection & BOM development
  • Rack layout & control system design
  • As-built documentation package
03

Deploy

Procurement, logistics, installation, programming, commissioning, and training. We own the delivery from first shipment to final handoff.

  • Authorized procurement & logistics coordination
  • Physical installation & cable management
  • Control system programming & configuration
  • Commissioning, testing & end-user training
04

Support

Monitoring, maintenance, lifecycle planning, and long-term service agreements. We stay engaged long after project close.

  • 24/7 remote system monitoring
  • Preventive & reactive maintenance
  • Technology lifecycle & refresh planning
