Description

The NVIDIA Mellanox MCX623106AC-CDAT is a ConnectX-6 Dx EN Ethernet adapter with two QSFP56 ports. It supports 1, 10, 25, 40, 50, and 100Gb/s Ethernet and connects over PCIe Gen 4.0 x16, with backward compatibility to Gen 3.0. This model has both hardware crypto and Secure Boot enabled. It ships with a tall bracket and fits half-height, half-length (HHHL) slots.

ConnectX-6 Dx provides RoCE for low-latency RDMA, NVGRE and VXLAN overlay offloads, and Open vSwitch offload through ASAP². It also supports SR-IOV, NVMe over Fabrics target offloads, and IEEE 1588v2 PTP with an integrated hardware clock. Supported platforms include RHEL/CentOS, Windows, FreeBSD, and VMware.

Note: if a large share of 100Gb/s-or-higher bandwidth will carry IPsec traffic, review NVIDIA's product release notes for a possible bandwidth limitation on crypto-enabled cards.
