The Cisco CPAK-100G-LR4 is a high-performance 100 Gigabit Ethernet optical transceiver designed for long-reach connectivity over single-mode fiber. Using four LAN-WDM wavelengths, this CPAK module delivers reliable 100G throughput for data center, service provider, and core networking environments.
Built in Cisco’s compact CPAK form factor, the CPAK-100G-LR4 provides higher port density and lower power consumption compared to traditional CFP-based optics. It supports distances of up to 10 kilometers and integrates digital optical monitoring (DOM) for enhanced visibility and operational control.
