Description
The AddOn Dell Force10® GP-QSFP-40GE-1ER-AO is a high-performance QSFP+ transceiver module engineered for 40GBase-ER4 Ethernet applications. Supporting transmission distances up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF), it uses a 1270nm–1330nm wavelength range via a duplex LC connector.
Hot-swappable and SFF-8436 compliant, this transceiver provides robust ESD protection, lower EMI through its metal housing, and real-time digital optical monitoring (DOM) for operating parameter visibility. Each unit is uniquely serialized, tested for interoperability, and fully guaranteed to perform identically to the Dell Force10® equivalent.
With TAA compliance, RoHS certification, and a limited lifetime warranty, this transceiver delivers reliable, enterprise-class networking for data centers, access, and enterprise environments.
