Description

The AudioCodes SmartWORKS™ DP6409 is a high-density dual-span passive tap card designed for reliable, non-intrusive monitoring of T1/E1 digital trunks. Engineered for mission-critical call logging, compliance, and intelligence applications, the DP6409 allows organizations to capture both sides of a call without interrupting service, making it ideal for high-traffic environments such as contact centers, financial institutions, emergency services (911/PSAP), and government agencies.

Featuring high-impedance receivers, the DP6409 can process up to 60 channels per blade and scale up to 512 channels per system, all while maintaining full service even during host PC shutdown. It supports a wide range of international signaling protocols—including CAS, ISDN (Q.931), NFAS, DASS2, DPNSS, and RAW ABCD—ensuring seamless integration across diverse telecom infrastructures.

With built-in performance monitoring, event alarms, extensive DSP-based voice processing, and access to the SmartWORKS™ API, the DP6409 provides complete visibility into call and trunk activity. Its robust feature set includes tone detection, caller ID handling, volume control, gain management, live monitoring, and support for multiple CODECs and recording formats.
