The Eaton RPODPNL485496 RapidPod Aisle Containment System Kit is a scalable, field-configurable airflow management solution designed to improve server rack cooling efficiency in hyperscale data centers, colocation facilities, and computer rooms. By separating hot and cold air in hot-aisle or cold-aisle configurations, the system helps improve temperature control, equipment performance, and overall cooling efficiency.
Its durable extruded aluminum frame assembles using common hand tools and supports flexible rack layouts, including 300 mm in-row coolers, 600 mm standard racks, and 750 mm wide racks. The expandable design accommodates future growth and irregular layouts, while removable modular panels provide convenient maintenance access. The kit includes assembly panels, corner and joiner brackets, gusset brackets, threaded rods, hardware, seals, and a rack-mounting kit.
