Description

The Tripp Lite B051-000 IP Remote Access Unit adds secure, full-featured IP connectivity to KVM switches or servers that lack built-in remote access. Designed for data centers, server rooms, and network closets, it enables BIOS-level control over LAN, WAN, or the internet—so administrators can manage critical systems from anywhere.

This compact device supports TCP/IP networking with SNMP monitoring for key events such as user logins and system reboots. Virtual Media functionality allows remote access to USB storage, optical drives, and smart card/CAC readers as if they were locally connected. Advanced security features include encryption, user authentication, and centralized access control to protect every session.

With support for high-resolution video up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz, the B051-000 delivers clear, responsive remote viewing. Flexible mounting options—including 0U rack and DIN rail—make it easy to deploy in space-constrained environments while preserving existing KVM and server investments.
