The Tripp Lite IS1800HG Isolator Series Medical-Grade Isolation Transformer delivers complete electrical isolation and continuous noise filtering to protect sensitive electronic equipment in patient-care and clinical environments. Designed to meet stringent medical safety requirements, it features a low-impedance isolation transformer with a Faraday shield to provide full line isolation while reducing cumulative leakage current to less than 100 microamps.

With six hospital-grade outlets, this isolation transformer helps eliminate EMI/RFI noise, utility switching transients, and load-generated harmonics that can interfere with critical medical devices. Its floating AC output prevents noise coupling from hospital grounding systems, while built-in surge reduction minimizes the impact of utility-related disturbances.

Housed in a rugged all-metal enclosure and equipped with a hospital-grade input plug, circuit breaker protection, and lighted power switch, the IS1800HG is an economical alternative to dedicated electrical circuits or facility upgrades—ideal for hospitals, laboratories, imaging suites, and medical IT installations.
