Description
The Eaton Tripp Lite N48S-2L24L-20 is a 1U preloaded slack-free fiber panel designed to simplify fiber optic deployments in data centers, enterprise networks, laboratories, and colocation facilities. Featuring two preloaded 24-fiber OS2 singlemode trunk cables, each terminating in 12 LC/LC duplex male-to-male connections, the panel eliminates excess cable slack while providing flexible cable management.
Unlike traditional fiber installations that require custom cable lengths, the preloaded design allows installers to pull only the amount of cable needed while the remaining cable stays neatly stored inside the enclosure. This reduces installation time, minimizes cable clutter, improves airflow, and makes future equipment moves and maintenance easier.
The rack-mount aluminum chassis fits standard 19-inch racks and includes a sliding cable tray for convenient access, front-to-rear cable routing, cable length labels, and a fold-down front cover with writable space for port identification.
