The Eaton Tripp Lite N48S-6L8L-10 is a 1U preloaded slack-free fiber panel designed to simplify high-density fiber optic deployments in data centers, enterprise networks, laboratories, and colocation facilities. Preloaded with six 8-fiber OS2 singlemode LC/LC duplex trunk cables, each measuring 10 meters (32.8 ft.), it eliminates the need for custom-length cable planning while delivering clean, organized rack installations.
Its innovative slack-free cable management system allows installers to extend only the cable length required, with the remaining cable securely stored inside the panel. This minimizes cable clutter, improves airflow, simplifies maintenance, and accelerates deployment without sacrificing flexibility.
The rack-mount aluminum chassis fits standard 19-inch racks, while the sliding cable tray and front-to-rear cable routing provide convenient cable access during installation and future maintenance. Integrated cable labeling and a writable front cover help simplify port identification and ongoing network management.
