Description

The Eaton Tripp Lite SMX700HG is a medical-grade, line-interactive UPS designed to provide reliable battery backup and electrical isolation for sensitive healthcare and clinical equipment. Fully compliant with UL 60601-1 standards when connected to a hospital-grade outlet, it is approved for use within patient-care vicinities where safety and low leakage current are critical.

With a 700VA / 450W capacity, the SMX700HG delivers up to 36 minutes of runtime at half load and 14.5 minutes at full load, allowing critical systems to remain operational during power interruptions or shut down safely during extended outages. Its built-in isolation transformer with Faraday shielding provides full electrical isolation while reducing common-mode noise and maintaining surge protection in all operating modes.

The UPS features six hospital-grade IEC C13 outlets, all providing both battery backup and surge protection. Line-interactive voltage regulation corrects brownouts and overvoltages without draining the battery, ensuring consistent output for connected devices. Quiet operation, alarm mute functionality, and USB/DB9 connectivity for monitored shutdown make the SMX700HG ideal for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other medical environments.
