Description
The Eaton Tripp Lite SmartPro SMX1200XLHGL is a medical-grade line-interactive UPS designed for hospital and clinical environments that require UL 60601-1 compliance and full isolation protection. With 1 kVA / 750 W power capacity and a long-life LiFePO₄ battery, this UPS safeguards critical medical devices during blackouts, brownouts, and voltage fluctuations.
Engineered for reliability in patient care areas, it features six IEC C13 hospital-grade outlets, a built-in isolation transformer, and automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to stabilize input power from 155 V to 274 V AC. The lithium battery delivers up to 10 000 charge cycles—30 × the lifespan of SLA batteries—and provides up to 27.5 minutes backup at half load.
Front-panel LEDs and audible alarms report line, battery, and fault status. The UPS supports USB and DB9 communication ports for use with Eaton’s PowerAlert® software, ensuring safe, unattended system shutdown. Compact and durable, the SmartPro SMX1200XLHGL fits seamlessly on nurse stations or medical carts, providing dependable power protection for sensitive hospital electronics.
