The Edgecore AIS800-64O-AF is a next-generation 800G data center switch engineered for high-performance environments such as AI/ML clusters, cloud DCI, and hyperscale data centers. Powered by Broadcom Tomahawk 5 silicon, this switch delivers 51.2 Tbps of full-duplex throughput with ultra-low latency and advanced cognitive routing for optimal traffic distribution and network resilience.
With 64 x OSFP800 ports, the AIS800-64O-AF supports a variety of breakout configurations—2x400G, 4x200G, or 8x100G per port—enabling seamless migration to higher speeds while optimizing cost and power per bit. The platform integrates an Intel® Xeon® Ice Lake D-1713NTE 4-core processor, 32 GB DDR4 ECC memory, and 240 GB NVMe SSD for flexible software support.
Featuring redundant 3000 W AC power supplies, front-to-back airflow, and hot-swappable fan modules, the AIS800-64O-AF ensures continuous uptime and serviceability. The system runs Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) for easy deployment of open-source and commercial network operating systems, empowering data center operators with an open and programmable infrastructure.
