The Edgecore ECS5520-18T is a high-performance Layer 2+/Lite Layer 3 managed switch featuring sixteen 10GBASE-T ports and two 40G QSFP+ uplinks. Designed for carrier, enterprise aggregation, or small data-center top-of-rack deployments, it provides a total switching capacity of 480 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 357.12 Mpps.

This model offers redundant, hot-swappable AC or DC power supply modules, front-to-back airflow, and intelligent fan-speed control for reliable operation. It supports advanced features including IPv6 management, ERPS (G.8032) ring protection, QoS with eight queues per port, multicast control with IGMP snooping and MVR, and strong L2+/L3 security mechanisms such as 802.1X authentication, DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard, and Dynamic ARP Inspection.
