The Edgecore AS5114-48X-O-AC-F-EC is a high-performance Layer 2/Layer 3 enterprise switch designed for data center and cloud environments requiring exceptional throughput and reliability. Featuring 48 x 10GbE SFP+ ports, the switch supports both 10GBASE-SR/LR and 1GBASE-SX/LX connections, making it ideal for top-of-rack (ToR) deployment.
Built on Marvell Aldrin2 switch silicon with a powerful Marvell 88F7040 ARM CPU, the AS5114-48X provides 960 Gbps switching capacity and a 714 Mpps forwarding rate. The platform includes redundant dual AC power supplies, 4+1 fixed fan modules for front-to-back airflow, and is pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), allowing easy installation of various open-source or commercial network operating systems.
