Under this service, a replacement unit is delivered and installed onsite within four hours of a reported hardware failure, subject to service availability and coverage terms.
This service is RMA-only and focuses exclusively on expedited onsite hardware replacement. It does not include software support, configuration assistance, or advanced technical troubleshooting. Ideal for mission-critical environments, this warranty option ensures fast recovery and operational continuity when hardware issues occur.
