This service ensures that, once a hardware failure is confirmed, a qualified technician is dispatched onsite within four hours to replace the defective unit.
Designed for mission-critical environments, this RMA-only service focuses exclusively on hardware replacement and onsite response. It does not include technical advisory services, software support, or preventive maintenance. Coverage is subject to Extreme Networks service availability and local service conditions.
