The Extreme Networks EW Next Business Day Onsite RMA Service for 23306 provides hardware replacement support with next business day onsite response. If a covered hardware failure occurs, Extreme Networks coordinates shipment of the replacement unit and dispatches qualified personnel to install the replacement at the customer site.
This service is designed for environments that require minimized downtime without the need for accelerated four-hour response. It focuses exclusively on RMA-based hardware replacement and does not include software support, TAC access, or proactive monitoring services.
