Description

The Soundweb London BLU-GPX (BLU-GPX) is a network-controlled GPIO expander designed to add extensive analog control and logic interfacing to professional audio systems. Ideal for applications requiring additional control inputs, logic outputs, and relay integration, the BLU-GPX delivers powerful expansion within the Soundweb London ecosystem.

Featuring 36 Control Inputs, 23 Logic Outputs, and 8 integrated NC/NO Relay Outputs, the BLU-GPX enables flexible interfacing with contact closures, resistor ladders, potentiometers, LEDs, relays, and resistance-controlled circuits. With 47 Common connections and 12 Reference connections, wiring is simplified for both 2-wire and 3-wire configurations.

The device offers open architecture fully configurable through HiQnet™ Audio Architect, allowing intuitive drag-and-drop system design using a rich palette of logic objects. Dual PoE-enabled Ethernet ports provide configuration, control, monitoring, primary power, and redundant communications. A secondary 12VDC input ensures backup power capability.

Front panel features include 48 software-configurable multi-color LEDs (red, green, yellow), a programmable 80x16 LCD for user-defined event display, and a 4 kHz piezo buzzer for audible alerts. A bi-directional locate function assists with system identification, and EN 54-16 compliance makes it suitable for life safety applications.

The BLU-GPX integrates seamlessly with other Soundweb London devices, delivering scalable, intelligent control expansion for complex audio installations.
