Description

The Christie ILS Zoom Lens delivers precise optical performance and seamless integration for Christie M Series projectors. Designed with Christie’s Intelligent Lens System (ILS), this lens automatically recognizes and calibrates when installed, enabling reliable and accurate control of zoom, focus, and lens offset functions.

Stepper motor based encoding eliminates motor drift commonly associated with DC encoded systems, ensuring repeatable and precise lens positioning for professional projection environments. This capability allows users to store and recall exact lens settings, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent configuration changes or multi-screen alignment.

When paired with Christie M Series HD or WUXGA projectors, the lens provides a 4.1–6.9:1 throw ratio. With Christie M Series SXGA+ projectors, the lens supports a 4.5–7.3:1 throw ratio, enabling flexible installation in large venues, auditoriums, and professional AV environments where extended throw distances are required.

For installations using an M 4K RGB Series projector, a lens hood is required to maintain Class 1 RG3 classification. The Christie ILS architecture ensures dependable optical accuracy and streamlined setup, making this lens a reliable solution for demanding projection systems.
