Description

The Christie ILS Zoom Lens delivers precise optical performance and automated calibration for Christie M Series and J Series projectors. Featuring Christie’s Intelligent Lens System (ILS), the lens is automatically recognized and calibrated when installed, enabling seamless integration with compatible projectors.

Designed with stepper motor–based encoding, the lens eliminates motor drift commonly associated with DC encoded motors. This ensures highly accurate and repeatable positioning for zoom, focus, and lens offset, allowing integrators and operators to recall saved lens positions with confidence.

When used with Christie M Series HD and WUXGA projectors, the lens provides a 1.8–2.6:1 throw ratio. When paired with Christie M Series SXGA+ projectors, the lens delivers a 2.0–2.8:1 throw ratio. The ILS architecture supports automated lens adjustments and memory recall, making it ideal for professional AV environments such as auditoriums, large venues, simulation environments, and staging installations where consistent image alignment and operational efficiency are essential.
